Who is the data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website is Grzegorz Kamiński. For any data-related matters, write to kontakt@grzegorzkaminski.eu.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any other tracking tools. The language version is determined solely by the page address. The site uses the fonts installed on your device and doesn't load anything from external services.

Server logs

Like any web server, the server hosting this website records technical information about requests in its logs: IP address, date and time, the address of the page visited, and browser information. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and to diagnose errors (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website runs on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, in a data center in Finland (European Union). Hetzner processes data only on my instructions, as a data processor. I keep logs only as long as they are needed for security and troubleshooting, and then delete them.

If you post a comment, the name you provide, your email address (if you provide it), and the comment text are stored. Comments are moderated before publication. The widget doesn't store cookies or any other data in your browser. The legal basis is your consent, given by posting a comment (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you'd like your comment removed, email me.

Email correspondence

If you email me, I'll use your address and the content of your message only to reply and continue the correspondence (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
